America has become a consumer driven society that runs to the nearest dollar store or over to Amazon to buy whatever we need to achieve the latest party craze. What if I told you that you have 20 items in your closet or basement that would make the perfect centerpiece or vase? Or perhaps your grandma’s attic has a few heirlooms or your aunt Suzy has a spare room full of craft projects that never got completed?

Using what your friends and family has an added bonus of the time you will get to spend together. What would be a better way to talk about your latest life plans with grandma than while sorting through her doilies or vases? Aunt Suzy is dying to tell you all about your cousin’s new boyfriend anyway, right? Time spent with family is part of what fill’s my “cup of joy”.

We just ask that you bring pictures to show us what you are working with or better yet, bring a box full of your finds! We are flexible with times for you to come and peruse vases, tablecloths, candles, and more!
